Seminar on IPR Protection for Heads of Backbone State-owned Enterprises Opened, Mr. Jiang Zengwei Addressing the Opening Ceremony

  

In the afternoon on Nov. 6, the seminar on IPR protection for Heads of Backbone State-owned Enterprises opened in China National School of Administration, sponsored together by the Organization Department of CPC, State Office of Intellectual Property Protection and China National School of Administration. Xu Guanhua, Minister of National Department of Science & Technology, Jiang Yikang, Secretary of the Leading Party and Vice-President of the National School of Administration, Jiang Zengwei, State Office of Intellectual Property Protection and Vice Minister of Commerce, Yuan Shuhong, Vice President of China National School of Administration, and relevant officials of the Organization Department of CPC attended the opening ceremony. Mr. Jiang Zengwei gave a speech on behalf of the sponsors, briefing the work situation of IPR protection and asking all learners to integrate theory into practice, to study well the basic knowledge of IPR and to use better the essential rules of IPR. Mr. Yuan Shuhong presided the opening ceremony. After the ceremony, Mr. Xu Guanhua gave a lesson as the first class of the seminar with a title of Self-initiative Innovation and Core Competition.

The Seminar lasted for 10 days, 80 learners coming from part of backbone state-owned enterprises under the leadership of the Central Commission, leading groups of financial institutions, some main state-owned enterprises supervised by the Ministry of State Land and Resources and leading groups of financial departments of China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Insurance Regulatory Commission would deeply discuss enhancement of IPR protection on enterprises through instruction, group discussion, cases analysis and on-the-spot teaching.
