Mr. Jiang Zengwei, Vice Minister of Commerce, met Lee Tsung-chang, Director of Formosa Plastics Corporation, and his party in Changsha on Sept. 26, who came to attend the Expo Central China 2006, Mr. Jiang Zengwei extended his warm welcome to the coming of Mr. Lee Tsung-chang, and the two sides exchanged views on some specific issues concerning promotion of Cross-Strait economic and cooperation and the status.
